Fancy Magazine, a distinguished Italian publication, has featured Legre™, the innovative distillate crafted from the Panama Geisha coffee plant, celebrating its unique production and Italian craftsmanship.

A Unique Collaboration Across Continents

Legre™ is the result of a collaboration among diverse experts: Michelin-starred chef Alessandro Gilmozzi, pizza chef Corrado Scaglione, coffee aficionado Francesco Bernasconi, and American micro-producer Justin Boudeman of Longboard Specialty Coffee in Panama.

Their combined expertise led to the creation of a spirit that utilizes the entire Panama Geisha coffee plant, flower, pulp, and green bean, harvested from the Misty Mountain plantation in Boquete, Panama. 

Innovative Distillation Process

The distillation process, overseen by Mauro Dolzan of the historic Villa de Varda distillery in Trentino, Italy, involves separate distillation of each part of the coffee plant to preserve their distinct aromas and flavors.

The result is a clear, 47% ABV spirit that defies traditional classifications, offering a novel tasting experience.

Limited Edition Offering

Legre™ is available in a limited edition of 700 individually numbered bottles, each presented in an elegant, recyclable box that narrates the story of its creators and origin.

Priced at €1,500 per 70cl bottle, this exclusive spirit is a testament to sustainability and innovation in the world of luxury distillates.
